Consent & Non-Disclosure Agreement

By submitting this form, you (“Participant”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms with StarphireMagic™ (“Producer”) regarding your participation in the Project (TheoStarphire™, and related productions):

1. Consent to Recording & Use of Likeness

I consent to being filmed, recorded, photographed, or otherwise captured during meetings, rehearsals, or productions related to the Project. I grant Producer the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, edit, display, distribute, and publicly perform such Recordings in any media now known or later developed, without further approval or compensation.

2. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

I understand that I may have access to confidential information, including but not limited to show concepts, scripts, storylines, branding, logos, intellectual property, and production methods (“Confidential Information”).

I agree:

Not to disclose, reproduce, or share any Confidential Information.

Not to use Confidential Information for my own benefit or the benefit of others.

That this obligation continues indefinitely, even after my participation ends.

3. Ownership of Intellectual Property

All ideas, concepts, recordings, materials, logos, characters, or creative works discussed or created for the Project remain the sole property of Producer. I agree I will have no ownership, authorship, or royalty rights unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. No Expectation of Compensation

I understand my participation is voluntary and I am not entitled to payment, royalties, or compensation unless specifically agreed in writing.

5. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
